1 - Free Fire was not created by Garena
The much loved and loved Free Fire Battlegrounds, was not actually developed by the Asian giant, Garena. This title is only for the little-known game developer, 111dots Studio .
The small game producer was created in 2007, but only 10 years later , launched the first beta of Free Fire, which until then is the only game developed by the company.

4 - Where did the name “Free Fire” come from?
Many people in the community often call the game “Free Fire”, which would be a very direct translation of the term. However, what few know is that the name Free Fire comes from the definition “Free Fire Zone” - a term used in the Vietnam War by US troops, which means a free fire zone. The free-range zone, in the end, is nothing less than a specific designated area, in which any weapon system can fire without additional coordination with the established headquarters .
5 - The Origin of the Bermuda Map
The first Free Fire map, Bermuda, was inspired by the Bermuda Islands . 7 - When was the Battle Pass system added to the game?
Anyone who is old at Free Fire knows that the Battle Pass system was not always present in the game. The system was only added in an update that occurred on May 24, 2018 , bringing the first Free Fire Fire Pass, called Sakura Flower Festival .
Unlike the standard of 225 badges that exist today, at the time Flor de Sakura only needed 175 badges to be completed, and the number of badges currently required to claim the pass in full, only came into effect from the third Elite Pass.

8 - Free Fire has a musical band called TRAP
On January 21, 2020, Garena released on the official channel of Free Fire, the first music video by the band TRAP , with the single I'm On Fire .
